The Administrators Process
1) After you receive your username and password from your Account Manager, log
in and set up your stations, courts, cages, fields, instructors, times, prices,
etc.

2) Then name and set your daily availability for your stations, courts, cages, fields,
instructors, etc.

|
3) From the admin side, click on the calendar dates to view your schedule for
each of the days.
|

4) View daily schedule and customer names that are coming in for your various
stations at various times. Also, block off facility space for walk-ins or if changes
in your availability suddenly occur.

5) Click on customer's name to view contact info, and customer's messages
or notes.
|
|
*Your Account Manager will provide complete comprehensive
training, and help you to set up your new facility website to fit your facility's
specific needs.
